In view of what I believe Rt .Hon. ERIC PICKLES  Communities Minister had to say about the freedom of the Press, on the 28.10. 2012. ( Copied Below) and has you are my Three (3) North East M.E.P. s  Representing me in the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT   I think you should be aware for your Information,  Records and Files the “Vetting” Restrictions placed on me by the Chief Solicitor PETER DEVLIN,
and  the Labour Dominated  Hartlepool Borough Council  in Regard  to any  future Freedom of Information Requests and/Or Correspondence to My Ward Councillors,  highlighting alleged Council Fraud and Misconduct in Public Office which I have Reported on Numerous Occasions but have been Completely Ignored by my Member of Parliament  for Hartlepool  IAIN WRIGHT,
Hartlepool Borough Council and my Three (3)  Elected Ward Councillors
ROB COOK,            Chairman of the Planning Committee
SYLVIA TEMPEST, Secretary of the Local Labour Party,
& SHEILA GRIFFIN 

 I believe these Restrictions do NOT have a legitimate aim. This action I believe is a Blatant attempt to Silence Me, and to Try and Defend their Corrupt Friends, and Colleagues and is Specifically Designed to  interfere with my Human Right, enshrined in law. It is Unlawful for a Public Authority to “ACT” in a way which is incompatible with a  "Convention Right” in Particular the Following,

Article 10, Freedom of Expression of the Human Rights Act 1998

Which is a qualified right, states everyone has the right of freedom of expression.
This Right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to Receive and Impart information and ideas WITHOUT  Interference by Public Authority and Regardless of Frontiers.

The First Protocol Article 1, of the European Convention on Human Rights,
The  Right to Own  Property?
What does this right mean?      

The Protection of Property under Protocol 1, Article 1 has three elements
to it:
(1)    A Person has the Right to the Peaceful Enjoyment of Their Property.
(2)   A Public Authority Cannot take away what Someone owns.
(3)   A Public Authority Cannot impose Restrictions on a Person’s “Use of Their Property.”

“ I think it is really massively important to ensure that we have freedom of press in this country. Something that characterises the British press is that it is good at “Exposing Corruption” and it is good at going to places where other press wouldn’t and I think it was Thomas Jefferson who said that for a free society to operate then the river of a free press had to flow without “ RESTRICTIONS ”

So I think that given that I think the press are looking towards finding ways, the end result of offering a good way in which people have got a Legitimate Complaint can find a Resource, then that’s right.”

If anything I have Published is NOT TRUE, WHY have NONE of the above named Individuals Commenced Legal Proceedings against Me  for Slander or Whatever Crime, they can think of,  in the Past FIVE (5) years,  

All my Allegations of Criminal Theft of Transferred ,Registered , Freehold Land and Property (Fraud)  Purchased from Hartlepool Borough Council, are TRUE. I have the Receipts for FINAL PAYMENT of my MORTGAGE to PROVE IT and the Misconduct in Public Office can also be Supported and Validated with Bona-Fida Legal "OWNERSHIP"  Documentation? THAT CANNOT BE LEGALLY CHALLENGED  

Come on PETER DEVLIN , Chief Solicitor,  IF  I  AM NOT THE LEGAL OWNER OF THE REGISTERED FREEHOLD LAND AND PROPERTY  CE 74844 "ABSOLUTE"  MAKE A FOOL OF YOURSELF AND SUE ME ?
