Dear Ms Alexander Hartlepool Borough Council Chief Executive,

Corruption in Labour Controlled Councils particularly in the North East is nothing new- 
I have sufficient factual credible evidence of legal purchase in all good faith from Hartlepool Borough Council  of my freehold Ex-Council House Land & Property, Registered Title CE74844 “Absolute” available to legally contest & challenge that obvious fabricated false claim- made by Alan H Smith assistant Land Registrar Durham- a government official employed in a public office in his letters to us signed and dated 5th December 2008 that -try and support his misleading spurious  statement without any factual evidence to support his ridiculous claim- that a previous conveyance of the property in dispute had taken place between the Mayor Aldermen and Burgesses of Hartlepool Borough Council and Mr/Mrs E Bennison in November 1974 despite repeatedly asking the chief solicitor of Hartlepool Borough Council Peter Devlin to re-examine the fraudulent evidence of property ownership said by Hilary Martin the Freedom of Information Officer to have been examined by Hartlepool Council Planning and Legal Officials prior to granting approval- to the legally flawed Retrospective Planning application H/2009/0568-
I am still awaiting a honest reply from Land Registry Durham, to that ?

Can there be anything more contemptuous than the Chief Solicitor of Hartlepool Town Council Peter Devlin-and my Labour De Brus Ward Councillor-Bob Cooke- trying to wriggle out of their responsibilities by lying through their teeth.

How can Both those two (2) named scoundrels in Public and Elected office ( there are others) can only continually to lie as blatantly as this only if they obviously know they are doing so with impunity-courtesy of others in senior positions of authority- but obviously no principles?

There are several question worthy of answers on this matter, as a full Council Tax payer I would appreciate your explanation as to why- my legitimate questions as the Registered freehold property owners –I believe I am legally entitled to make- have been deliberately & continuously brushed under the carpet- who decided that this information should be withheld- it is now obvious that everyone here in Hartlepool can safely assume the "Nolan Principles" went out the window a long time back- particularly in this case

I have always thought-that if any law abiding tax paying member of the general public- has irrefutable factual evidence -as I have- of financial fraud and misconduct in "Public Office" then the place to report it is to Cleveland Police-which I honestly believe I did-some time ago- also kept fully informed and given a copy of all my evidence of legal purchase- was my Labour Party Parliamentary representative in Westminster Iain Wright. (still awaiting for a reply from him on that) including one from the last Monkey elected Mayor of Hartlepool- Mr Drummond ?
What good did he do? Nothing-Heard he’s got a very good little earner now?
Could be he knows where the bodies are buried?

    What started as a simple objection to a planning application -made to Hartlepool Council-in August 2008-by our immediate next-door neighbours Mr & Mrs E Bennison quickly developed into an orchestrated conspiracy to pervert the course of justice-& attempting to obtain ownership of registered freehold Land & Property by deception. involving Planning & Legal officials of Hartlepool Council- including the Project Planning Officer Richard Trow-& the Development Manager Mr Reese. and Government Officials in Public Office of Land Registry-Durham-
    Why doesn't this surprise me??...


    It is an unbelievable story-of corruption and greed-which had started when our immediate next-door neighbours Mr & Mrs E Bennison who had erected a kitchen extension & attached it to the rear wall of our detached Wash-House building causing severe damage to the property. i.e. Completely Blocking Off the gas escape exhaust ducts positioned high in the rear wall of the detached Wash House effectively preventing the escape to the outside atmosphere of any Toxic & Explosive from the static internal Gas Heated Hot Water Boiler located in the Detached Wash-House Building!

    On the morning of Thursday-August-7th-2008- while I was enjoying a glass of whisky in celebration-of my 75th birthday--in the back garden of our home- 48 Ridlington Way-West-View- Hartlepool I was approached by our next-door neighbour-Mr Micky Bennison
    who asked after a little- hesitation-if he could have a few words with me--regarding a Planning application he and his wife-Ellen-wished to submit to Hartlepool Borough Council-
    He explained- that their intension was to Convert the old Coal House at the North end of Our Detached Outside Wash-House-into an Outside Toilet- for the use of their taxi drivers- has his wife Ellen-had started to object strongly- to their Taxi-Drivers –constantly asking permission to use their indoor toilet facilities –

    He knew-he said- they had never been allowed to purchase any of the detached freehold out-buildings-erected on our property-by some legal technicality-fully explained to them- by their Solicitor- at the time of their purchase-in 1974- that no two (2) people could own the same piece of freehold property ?- and therefore- BOTH- Micky Bennison-and his wife Ellen Bennison- knew-it was NOT their property-this had been confirmed lately by someone-in Hartlepool Council- who had examined their registered Land Title Deeds- DU3753- nevertheless –they had been advised by their friends in Hartlepool Council to ask us-their immediate next-door neighbours for permission–to examine our land title deeds-to see if the property had actually been legally purchased and registered to us!

    A councillor is an elected representative of their ward, not their political party!
    Councils need communities, but communities don't need councils
    Party politics have no place in local government

    We have irrefutable legal documents of purchase & Conveyance of the entire ex- council house freehold land & property from Hartlepool Borough Council pursuant to the Housing Act 1980 on the 1st February 1984 in consideration of £5,750.00 (Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Pounds) acknowledged by the Chief Solicitor of Hartlepool Borough Council Anthony J Jones & a Signed & dated receipt acknowledging full payment for the Freehold Land & Property from the Chief Financial Officer of Hartlepool Borough Council Mr........ written concrete legally accepted documentary evidence accepted in any British Court of Law which Contradicts such a blatant & obvious criminal attempt by the Assistant Land Registrar of Durham Alan H Smith to commit misconduct in Public Office to obtain part of the registered land & property CE74844 "Absolute" by criminal deception

    Remember Alan H Smith the assistant Land Registrar Durham was in Public Office in a position of trust and authority in a government department he also knew there was sufficient vital legal documents available to prove beyond doubt the purchase, Conveyance Transfer of the entire freehold property 48 Ridlington Way Hartlepool to Alan Harvey Flounders and his wife Jacqueline Flounders pursuant to the Housing Act 1980 in Consideration of £5,750.00 (Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Pounds) on the 1st February 1984? Including the evidence of registration of the property Title CE74844 “Absolute” in the Land Register by the Chief Solicitor of Hartlepool Borough Council 29/3/1984
    This is theft of land & property by deception- by a government official employed in public office-
    Its not a hugely high value one but it is a huge breach of trust
