A CULTURE OF LIES AND DECEIPT STILL EXISTS IN LAND REGISTRY

A  copy of a letter with a few allterations,and  a few Omissions, in  updating my allegations of Criminal Misconduct  at Land Registry Durham , I sent to my  Member of Parliament for Hartlepool Iain Wright M.P. on Sunday 27th April 2014.

Dear Sir,
Following a message I recently received from another Victim of Injustice by Officials of Land Registry  I Revisited  and Reviewed my archived Documents regarding my previous allegations of Criminal Misconduct  commited by employees of Land Registry  Durham which have revealed a number of Serious Issues still to be Resolved.
In  my Continued research of the Wide World Internet, I  believe I have  Discovered sufficient Irrefutable Evidence of Criminal Wrongdoing that give Credence  and support to ALL my Original allegations  of blatant Criminal Conduct  by Officials employed by Land Registry, Durham , in Particular thr Conduct of ALAN H SMITH the Assistant Land Registrar Who Despite  Land Registrys own Remit , that Property Disputes can  ONLY  be Resolved  by a Court of Lkaw and  employees of Land Registry Cannot  give any Legal Advice,  was  I believe  deeply and Personally involved  in attempting to Pervert the Course of Justice by HIS  abuse of of Public Office in Land Registry Durham.

My IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE  of  Criminal Misconduct in PUBLIC OFFICE  Centres around an OFFICIAL COPY of the Register  of Title CE 74844 Absolute Issued by Land Registry Durham thenselves , on the 10th October 2008, and Shows the Entries in the Register of Title, on the 9th October 2008, at 10.55.27.

The  PROPERTY  Register , Describes the Registered Freehold Land and Estate Comptrised in the Title, the Boundaries  can be seen  Clearly on this OFFICIAL COPY of the Register of Title and are  HIGHLIGHTED in RED

The PROPRIERSHIP Register,  Specifies the CLASS of Title ABSOLUTE  and VERY CLEARLY Identifies the OWNERS as
ALAN HARVEY FLOUNDERS  and HIS Wife  JAQUELINE ! Registered  and Filed at Land Registry Durham  on the
29th .3.1984 !

THIS LEGAL ACCEPTED  GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL COPY  OF REGISTERED LAND TITLE CE74844 ABSOLUTE  Is INDISPUTERABLE , AUTHENTIC ,  Bona fide , DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE OF FREEHOLD PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

Yet this legally accepted  IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE  of FREEHOLD PROPERTY OWNERSHIP Issued  by LAND REGISTRY DURHAM Themselves  was Completely Ignored and REJECTED  as IRRELEVENT   by ALAN H SMITH the Assistant Land Registrar, Durham also REJECTED as IRRELEVENT Were the ORIGINAL LAND TITLE DEEDS, CE 74844 ABSOLUTE ,

A Number of Important Facts  not  Opinions  to Remember
ALAN H SMITH the Assistant Land Registrar, Durham, was quite Prepared to accept  as Greater Proof of Property Ownership , TWO COLOURED  PHOTOGRAPHS  Of an OUTSIDE TOILET , ONE WITH THE TOILET DOORS IN THE OPEN POSITION and ONE WITH THE DOOR IN THE CLOSED POSITION. This Unbelievable Conduct  of a Government Employee
IN A SENIOR POSITION OF ASSISTANT LAND REGISTRAR , MUST  RAISE VERY SERIOUS CONCERNS IN THE MIND OF ANY NORMAL RIGHT THINKING PERSON, IT CLEARLY INDICATES TO ME , THE VICTIM OF THIS FRAUD , A POSIBLE UNSTABLE  MENTAL  ATTITUDE,  OR A DELIBERATE ATTEMPT TO PERVERT THE COURSE OF JUSTICE BY A PERSON IN  PUBLIC OFFICE,  IT  CERTAINLY HIGHLIGHTS THEIR INCOMPETENCE , NOT TO MENTION THEIR IGNORANCE OF THE LAW, IN PARTICULAR THEIR COMBINED LACK OF KNOWLEDGE  OF THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT 2002,  AND THEIR INABILITY  TO UNDERSTAND THE ADVANTAGES  OF REGISTRATION ,   OUTLINED IN THE DECEMBER 2005  EDITION OF THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT 2002,  LATER UPDATED AND EXPLAINED IN GREAT DETAIL IN PUBLIC GUIDE No.8, Which claimes that a REGISTERED TITLE is GUARANTEED  
This Government Guarantee  of Registered Title , Must  Now be View  with  Grave Suspicion  by Millions of British Property Owners  who with or without  a  MORTGAGE  still believe a Government Promise  to Guarantee  and Protect  the FINANCIAL INTERESTS  of Property Owners  by REGISTRATION  is UTTERLY  and  TOTALLY  DISCREDITED , if any Suspicious Criminal activities  such as  I have exposed  and Described  above,  are  Ignored and kicked into the Long Grass, are allowed to go Unpunished and Uncorrected.
The Following should be Rembered  by all victims of FRAUD . It is still the LAW,
The Rt, Hon.LORD DENNING . The Lord Chief Justice . His appeal Court Ruling, January 12, 13, 24, 1956, was,
NO COURT  IN THIS LAND WILL ALLOW A PERSON TO  KEEP  AN ADVANTAGE  WHICH HE OBTAINED BY FRAUD .
NO JUDGEMENT  OF A COURT , NO ORDER OF A MINISTER,  CAN BE ALLOWED TO STAND  IF IT HAS BEEN OBTAINED BY FRAUD,   FRAUD UNRAVELS EVERYTHING.

I Honestly believe that you as my M.P. should be kept informed of my endevours to try and Rectify an Injustice , Particularly as it was  you , yourself , who Initially requested the Head of Land Registry RICHARD DAWSON O.B.E. to Investigate my very Serious Allegations of Criminality  by Officials employed by Land Registry DURHAM.
It beggers belief that the Head  of Land Registry RICHARD DAWSON O.B.E. failed to Discover ANY of the Irrefutable Evidence  of Criminal Misconduct  I had  previously Exposed,  I Personally  find it Difficult  if NOT Imposible to accept RICHARD DAWSONS  claim  made to you , that HE had  found nothing  to Support  my Serious Allegations of Criminal Misconduct by Officials  Employed  in Land Registry DURHAM
It Would appear to suggest to any Normal Right Thinking  Person ,  that  the  Head of Land Registry RICHARD DAWSON
O.B.E. Would Himself accept , as did His Employed Assistant Land Registrar  ALAN H SMITH,  the TWO  COLOURED PHOTOGRAPHS  of  an OUTSIDE TOILET as Sufficient  Evidence and therefore Greater Proof  of  PROPERTY OWNERSHIP and would REJECT as IRRELEVENT the ORIGINAL LAND TITLE DEEDS CE74844  ABSOLUTE Registered at Land Registry DURHAM  on the 29th .3. 1984.  By J. Could  this  very strange,  stick your head in the sand,  I See No Evil,  attitude, be another example of Officials in  Government  Office, being very CYNICAL , Knowing  or Thinking  they are untouchable  and above the Law , and therefore NOT being  Entirely HONEST in HIS  Claim to you a  Member of Parliament that the ORIGINAL Survey Documents  had been DESTROYED , This answer ,  is I believe , Highly Suspicious  if NOT a  Blatant Lie, His Claim to You  that there was a
Authentic Copy NOT You Wll Note an OFFICIAL COPY of the Survey, still available, Could I Request that you  Obtain a Copy of that Document on my Behalf,  as it will no doubt be needed  in any future Court Procedings I may be Required
To instigate, as it could be classed as Evidence of Property Ownership which would be in Direct  Conflict  of our ORIGINALL Land Title Deeds CE74844 , Absolute , Registered on the 29.3.1984   at Land Registry DURHAM by the CHIEF SOLICITOR of HARTLEPOOL Borough Council, J. ANTHONY BROWN. Which Could Question  the HONESTY  and  the  PROFESSIONAL  INTEGRITY  of ALL  the  HARTLEPOOL BOROUGH COUNCIL OFFICIALS INVOLVED  IN THE ORIGINAL SALE  OF THE EX COUNCIL HOUSE  FREEHOLD PROPERTY, INCLUDING LEVINSON , WALKER AND LISTER , SOLICITORS ENGAGED TO ACT OF OUR  BEHALF. 
It is my understanding  obtained while researching various Legal Channels on   the Wide World Internet, that a Bona fide Purchaser is ONE  who Purchases  Property for a Valuable  Consideration that is Inducement for Entering into a CONTRACT and WITHOUT SUSPICION of Being  DEFRAUDED  or  DECEIVED  by the SELLER  in this Case HARTLEPOOL BOROUGH COUNCIL , He or She  has no notice  of Any  Defects of the TITLE.
A Bona fide Purchaser Pays in GOOD FAITH Full Value  for the  Property  and Without ANY FRAUD Goes into POSSESSION
Bona fide adj.Latin for Good Faith it signifies HONESTY and the Real Thing and in the Case of a Party Claiming Title as a Bona fide Purchaser or Holder , it Indicates Innocence  or Lack of Knowledge of ANY Fact that would Cast Doubt on the Right to Hold TITLE .
It is also useful to have an ABSOLUTE Title  as When the Property is SOLD , you Can be SURE that the SELLER is Legally Entitled  to SELL it.
